The site presents SOLINA’s apartments and allows enquiries to be sent. A submitted enquiry does not constitute an automatically confirmed booking.
Bookings and confirmation
Every booking is confirmed individually by the owner. Prices and availability are confirmed upon enquiry.
Guest obligations
The guest undertakes to provide accurate data during registration and to observe the House Rules.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SOLINA is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law.
